Dear Bridges Staff

God blessed the Lee family when HE sent us to the Bridges. We were there for a reason - Ruth needea a new home where she would be cared for woth love and be able to keep her dignity in her last days.

Everyone touched our lives in a very special way and made Ruth's last few months so much better. She was accepted and loved from the moment she came to the Bridges and each of you made that possible.

We can't thank you enough for all you have done for Ruth and for our family.

The Bridges is Love

God Bless You and Thank you.

Mr. John Beaman
The Bridges at Edinburg
5208 South Sugar Road
Edinburg, Tx

A little more than one year ago I hoped I had made the right choice by selecting The Bridges at Edinburg for my mother's residence. She was satisfied moving into your home-like facility. Her spacious apartment allowed room for precious mementos, and best of all for her. She was able to keep her 2 pet cats. I experienced all the normal fears most people must have when allowing someone else to care for their loved one, but I discovered The Bridges staff is not "someone else"; it quickly became my extended family.

It is a relief knowing my mother (and her cats!) live in a caring environment, with excellent meals, organized medication schedules, challenging activities, and diligent staff members to accomplish each task. Being the "protective sole caregiver" I never thought I could find a place that could satisfy each of my mother's needs. You all have gone beyond any expectations I ever had.

The level of professionalism and tireless guidance, assistance and compassion constantly demonstrated at The Bridges proves that I need not have worried. Never have I known a total group of professionals who work as a true team, who know what to do for my mother before I ask for their assistance. I observe that team work everyday. Where and how do you find such kind, qualified employees?

Now after one year, I still thank God each day for Manager Rosa Leal and the rest of the staff at The Bridges at Edinburg. These healthcare professionals deserve the highest praise for the difficult work they do. They always have time to help, wether to be a task for my mother, or simply a few words of encouragment for me. I cannot adequately express how much my family and I appreciate your efforts to satisfy a great need by providing such a high quality of elderly care here in the Valley. Why go anywhere else?

Sincerely,

Susan Caldwell

To the staff at the Bridges,

My sister and I want to thank you for all the loving care you gave mother (June Strader). You made this home for her and for us. We think this was the best place ever for her last days. You not only gave her comfort, but tended to us. Even those staff members from the pink and "yellow" wings would come by and check on "us". When you joined me in my tears, when you brought me food, and when you just hugged me, I felt like you were my family. I am ever grateful for your love & compassion. I miss mother and I miss my daily visits seeing you all!

With love,

Charlene Elizabeth & Claudia
